Privacy and cookie policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026

This policy covers the public website quincefin.com and the sign-in and registration pages on app.quincefin.com. These pages set no analytics or marketing cookies: Google Analytics runs with storage denied on both domains, while Microsoft Clarity runs only on the public site and also has storage denied.

1. Who is responsible for the data

The website owner and data controller is sole proprietor APICHENOK OLEKSANDR MYKOLAIOVYCH. For privacy enquiries, email help@quincefin.com.

2. Data processed by the website

  • technical request data: IP address, browser, device type, page and access time;
  • data you submit through a form: name, email, phone number, company and enquiry details;
  • limited page-view, click, scroll, interface-error and traffic-source data, without analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Forms and enquiries

Form data is used to answer your enquiry, arrange a demonstration or help you start using QUINCEFIN. The request is delivered to the QUINCEFIN team through configured email and Telegram channels. Do not submit passwords, financial documents or other sensitive information.

4. Storage and cookieless analytics

The consent banner is temporarily hidden because analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. Limited technical signals are still sent to measure the website.

5. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

Google Analytics 4 runs in Advanced Consent Mode with analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied. It receives limited cookieless signals.

Microsoft Clarity receives consentv2 with analytics and advertising storage denied. This can provide aggregate behaviour, heatmaps and individual page views without _clck or _clsk cookies, but it cannot reliably join repeat visits.

Input fields and lead-form areas are masked. Email addresses, phone numbers, names, field values and internal identifiers are not sent through custom tags or the Identify API. Retention is governed by provider settings and policies.

Provider policies:

6. Support widget

The website may load the SMSBAT support widget. Information you enter in the chat is transmitted only after you interact with the widget and is used to handle your enquiry.

7. Your rights

You may request information about processing, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Email help@quincefin.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.

8. Limiting measurement

The website does not set analytics or marketing cookies, so there are currently no separate cookie settings. You can block third-party analytics requests in your browser. For privacy requests, email help@quincefin.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when website features, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always published at this address.
