Public offer

INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR OLEKSANDR MYKOLAIOVYCH APICHENOK, hereinafter the Provider, acting on the basis of the Certificate of State Registration of an Individual Entrepreneur, on the one part, offers to any legal entity or individual, hereinafter the User, to enter into this Public Offer Agreement for the provision of access to the QUINCEFIN online service.

Under Articles 633, 634, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this document constitutes a public offer and sets out the terms of access to the QUINCEFIN software service over the Internet.

Unconditional acceptance of this Offer is deemed to be any of the following actions by the User:

• registering an account in the QUINCEFIN service
• starting to use the service
• paying for the service

From the moment of acceptance, this Offer is deemed to be a concluded agreement between the User and the Provider.

The User confirms that, before starting to use the service, they have read the terms of this Offer and accept them in full.

Please note. The agreement is concluded in Ukrainian. This English page is a summary provided for convenience only and has no legal force. The binding text of the public offer is published in Ukrainian atquincefin.com/oferta. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

One login may have up to three retained authorised sessions. Each authorised login in a separate browser or on a separate device, including the mobile application, counts as a separate session. The limit applies even when earlier sessions are not being used simultaneously; after the limit is reached, an organisation account administrator must deactivate an unnecessary session in QUINCEFIN before a new login is possible.
